This is my secret weapon for BBQ'd baby back pork ribs. I apply a generous coating of this rub before cooking the ribs using the indirect method on a charcoal grill. It gives the ribs a delicious slightly sweet and spicy flavor and adds an "exotic touch." Everyone raves about the flavor of my baby back ribs. I also add a Szechuan Style pepper blend or other pepper to give the ribs a little more heat. I discovered using Dragon Rub on pork ribs quite by accident, and now I use it every time I cook them.
