If you like it spicy this rub's for you.
It is the most aromatic spice combination I've ever used. It is quite different from jar brand jerk seasoning.
I use it on chicken served on a bed of lettuce and mango. Top with a squirt of honey-mustard dressing and it is delicious. The pairing of the sweet with the hot and spicy makes for a real treat. You've got to try it!
